I recently bought 2 new ringtones for my verizon phone and I previewed them on both laptop and on my phone to make sure they came in clear. And they came in just as great as my previous purchased ringtones from verizon wireless came in, sounding clear and perfect. But I couldn't buy them off my phone due to a upgrade that i couldn't download. So I purchased them on their site and had them sent to my phone and they come in fuzzy and its not nearly as clear as i heard. Is there any way I could get an email address to contact them about this problem? cause I don't wanna pay $6 for 2 ringtones that come in horrible and they were previewed better before. This is NOT my phones fault other ringtones come in perfectly. Or any other idea's? I can't find anything on their website
