alright so i want a new phone for christmas. i now have the env3 but i want the blackberry bold. ive had my phone for over a year bc i got it in aug 2009. will i still have to pay the full 175$ for the termination fee or will it be a little less? plz help!!

You don't pay a termination fee for switching phones...if your not elegible for a discount right now you will have to buy your blackberry bold at full price.
