Very Intense Workouts And Nutrition?

Whey protein, take vitamins daily, Drink lots of water and make sure you have a lot of calcium and vitamin c intake.
 
Im very active and do intense workouts(pistols, crunches, cardio) and feel that I should be increaseing my vitamin and protein intake.

How can I be sure my body is not getting depleted of anything?
How do I keep my joints healthy?
