Very sick boston terrier?

I know someone who has a very sick 8-9 year old boston terrier that hasnt been eating. The owner says she has not been vaccinated in a many years, and they are not taking the dog to the vet. Symptoms: Weight Loss/Lack of Appetite, Vomiting, Twitching, Depression/Lethargy, Urinating Indoors, Eye Discharge. This has been going on for more than 4 days. First they thought it was an intestional blockage, but it starting to look a little more like distemper. What do you think?
