Viewsat Ultra Don't work with HP Media Center, WHY?

I got a Viewsat Ultra Lite Box, I want to be able to change channels on the box using media center, but I can't set it up. I always get stuck on the part where media center ask me to press 0 on my viewsat remote, I do it but Media Center does not recognize the control, any help will be appreciated.
 
If new batteries came with the remote, check for a little piece of tape on one end of the battery. If they are your batteries or a piece of tape is not present on the ones provided, take the battery cover off the remote and reposition batteries. You may need to roll them a little to get them seated good. Check for fresh batteries.
