I pay for my bill of Virgin Mobile on their webside , and I get their confirmation of my payment, but I always receive their notice to request me to call their accounting staff to submit my password for checking. On February 28, 2011 I received their email to suggest me to send my password of the account in Virgin Mobile to them for checking with their accounting dept. I sent it to them with proof of their confirmation of payment. At last, on March 3 they sent email to me to request me to call their service to confirm my payment. I did not know what's happend with their payment online. If you have any idea, pls guide me
