Ok so I was supposed to top up my cellphone on the 11/11/11 but my anytime minutes ran out on the 9th so I topped up that day...
Today I tried using my cellphone and it says that I have to add money and that I got $2.03! ( that's the extra money I had before) and the cellphone and website says that I topped up during the 9th but it doesn't say " monthly charge succesful" and basically the money disappeared!!!
How can I solve this?
