Virgin Mobile phone charger.?

I got a VM Optimus V a few months ago and lately my phones been acting weird. I don't have a lot of apps or games but my phones been getting its battery drained really fast. My chargers is being weird too. Its not even charging my phone..at all. It says its charging but its staying the same battery level/percentage.

Anyone know how to fix this??..

you need to replace your phone battery if the charge level is dropping your phone isnt broken

Cell phone batteries go through a lot cause we constantly charge and recharge them is not uncommon for this problem to happen
