Virus threat warning when opening Internet Explorer or Firefox?

Whenever I open firefox (used to be just internet explorer), on my vista laptop, I get the following warning from avgfree about a trojan/virus.

"msqdxxxqvemoo.dll" as a threat. I scanned the laptop, nothing turned up, and even looked under the directory where it was found, nothing. Every time I move it to the virus vault, then open firefox again later, it pops up again.
