Vista added a new network, can't use internet?

I turned on my computer this morning and when I tried to connect to Windows Live Messenger and use google, MSN gave me an error and Firefox wouldn't load google so I checked my internet and Vista seems to have put a network between my computer and the interet. It says it has internet and limited connectivity on IPV4 and IPV6.

Does anyone know how to turn off this network and let my computer connect directly to the internet again?
