Vista driver problem with LG Env2 and Rhapsody?

I have a new LG EnV2 phone, Vista computer, and Rhapsody software - I am unable to get the drivers to properly install so that Rhapsody will "see" my phone. I can get the phone to "Connect" and see the computer, but the drivers show "unsuccessfully installed" and "Problem code 10" and the device will not show up in Rhapsody for me to drag music to. Verizon helpline is unable to solve. Any ideas?
