Vista weather gadget service not availble.What can I do?

My location is Colombo, Sri Lanka and I'm using Sinhala as the language.Vista weather gadget says that "Service not available in your language or region". Even if I change the location to some where else like London the result is the same. I tried changing the language as well, but no luck. What can I do to make the weather gadget work?
 
hello, first thing your internet can not connect to the weather site

e.g. i'm in London the gadget will connect to the BBC weather.

and second thing that windows vista sucks and that's why Microsoft lunched windows 7 a year later.
if i was you ill get windows XP because every uses it because it never had a problem

i had gx270 (i installed vista on it) (still do) these are its specs

Intel dual core 2.6GHz (HT)
120GB hard-drive
2GB RAM
256mb Nvidia, and it freezes and stops loading and 1 day i got blue screen. so i installed XP and it's working till today.
 
Uninstall vista.

I recommend getting ubuntu and dual booting it with a pirated version of xp
