Hello all,
I am one of the victim being scrutinized by Vodafone. All the bills they sent me had some discrepancy and when i asked for the resolution, all they did was, show me an attitude of: "nobody cares"
All they want is their money. I promised them that i'll pay the money, however I first need a resolution to the question about the discrepancy in the bills. Even their nodal officers from India are not responding properly.
Can anyone please help me with the global complain email ID of vodafone where i can file my complain so that anyone who cares about the service would reply to me and take a look at the problem actively.

I've already approached the following several times now since Feb 17th 2010:
1. Voice your concern to Vodafone Executive
2. Floor Supervisor/ Team Leader
3. Nodal Officer
4. Appellate Authority
