my girlfriends 1.8t is having some compressor surge, flutter dump. i took her bypass valve off, connected it to my engine vacuum bc hers would stall w/o it being connected. i could hear a leak and when i sealed my hand over one of the sides the diaphragm pulled up and it stopped making the leak sound after that. until vacuum not applied. ANYWAY, im assuming she needs a new one.
could i get a greddy type S bov to replace the stock one and yes recirculated.
