I am slow cooking corn beef n cabbage but I dont think I am going to eat it tonight. Its been cooking 8hrs. Can I save it for later? How do I store it? Thanks
Just remove it to a large storage container and refrigerate. It would be best if the container were sort of flat, so it will cool faster. You coudl also put it in a 9x13" glass or metal baking dish and cover tightly w/ plastic or foil. It will be easier to slice the meat when cold.
