Walkman W580i Memory Card?

I bought a new memory card for my walkman w580, the card that goes in at the top. And i've had the phone for about 3 months now. Whenever the card seems to barely get bumped it sort of pops out and all my music/pictures/wallpaper etc, is off. Then to fix it i have to push down on the top of the phone where the card goes in and hold it in for a few seconds then go to the menu. Then when i click out of the menu everything is back to normal. Then for example if i open it the card seems to pop out again. Its not litterally the CARD popping out of the phone, its just where the card gets read or something on the phone, somehow it moves off of it. And idk how to fix the problem. I don't slam my phone around, i take excellent care of it. I don't slam it open or closed, i barely have it with me unless i'm listening to music or i'm at the store. Does anyone have any suggestions?

After working at a phone retailer for a few years, ive seen lots of problems with the w580i, best advice would be to return it at the store you got it from, it sounds like the locking mechanism for the card is lose, or try taking it to a mobile repair store, hope this helps
