Walmart put the wrong size tires on my car i just found out about it now...what

can I do? The tires are over a year old. For the past year I've been having allignment and traction issues and none of the repair shops could solve it. So today we took it in one more time for an alignment and they said. The problem isn't your alignment it's that you have one tire that is the wrong size...Problem is i don't have the receipt and it's a walmart that is out of state. Am i screwed or is Walmart ethical enough to fix this problem knowing its a brand of tires only they carry?
 
they keep the receipts in customer service so if they did do that then u cud try to solve it by urself. now if that dusn't work and u thnk u hav a case mayb u hav to get a lawyer and tak them to small claims court. i hate to say that bc i luv walmart but if they r n the rong then u gotta go get it strait.
 
I say visit them and find out. Ask for a manager. Bring in all your reciepts for alignments and traction to show the problem. They may exchange it at no cost or at a discount. Be polite and curtious.
