i'm 16. i diet. i walk about 1 hour 5 days a week. 3 p.e lessons (1 hour each) but i want my tummy fat to go down so i have tried jogging and stuff... etc... but i must say i enjoy skipping so if i skip everyday will that work? and how long will it take?
first week i do it for 10 minutes
second week i do it for 15 minutes
third week i do it for 20 minutes
fourth week i do it for 25 minutes
and fifth week i do it for 30 minutes
and carry on doing 30 minutes till i succeed
and carry on with my diet
