Want to tweak the governor on 350cc honda rancher?

I found out the top speed on my honda rancher and it's nothing close to what i wanted it to be. Is there any way to make it faster by tweaking the governor on it or just taking it off. if so where is the location of it so that i can take a screw driver to it?
 
That thing doesn't need to go any faster than 35 mph!! Unless you are on track racing it. Then you would have a crew who would know more about tuning the things.

Mine goes fast enough to outrun the sheep!
