I'm about 173cm tall and weigh approx 70k.. i'm wanting to get that down to about 60-65 before september. My problem areas are my stomach and top of my legs.
I'm wanting to know the best excercises to get rid of fat in those areas. So far i've cut down on some of my food- I do eat alot but i'm trying to make it healthier, cut out a kitkat and have an apple instead kinda thing- and have started getting off the bus a stop earlier to make me walk more. I'm also trying to do some sit ups and step ups every night and using small weights to tone my arms.
Any ideas, tips, pointers etc. would be gratefully appreciated!
