and dessert which was strawberries? I proceeded to make a bag of popcorn (organic without oil or salt) with some fresh parmesan cheese grated on top and ate the whole bag, then a while later I had a few mugfulls (refilled it 2-3 times) of honeynut cheerios combined with kashi honey toasted cereal and vanilla soymilk and then right before bed I ate a bowl of vanilla bean ice cream. During the day I don't really eat carbs and watch everything I put into my mouth but at night it's like I make up for it by eating everything I consider "bad" like bread and sugary foods and such. I'm 5 feet 5 inches and weight now is 109 pounds ...before this week of eating like a pig every night I weighed 105 pounds.
