was the 1969 Jaguar 420G (white w/red interiour) a four speed manual or a five speed?

Most of the Jaguars from 1968-1969 were automatics. But this car was a manual. I can't find whether it was 4 or 5 speeds.
 
it would from that period most likely be a 4 speed box but you need to check it out with expert opinion such as a club forum. failing that with a motoring magazine or jaguar themselves.
 
The cars of the late 60s and early 70s were exclusively 4 speed in manual format. I used to have a 420G and it was a manual 4 speed. Ate petrol too... I'm amused that you felt the need to give the paint/trim details in a question about the gearbox - as if the blue ones were 5 speed but the white ones were 4....
