nope,
you should be eating 5-6 times a day

breakfast, lunch and dinner about 300-400cal each
and 2-3 snacks about 200 calories each

search for a calorie calculator online to see how many calories you need to consume a day to be healthy
 
yes u eat well
but u did not have luch it is best to hve 3 meals or 6 small one each day
also alow a treat like choclate or cookie or crisp

i had 3 shredded wheat for breakfast,a banana and apple as a snack and a bowl of pasta for dinner....and i had an hours football practice so was doing a lot of cardio
 
wow thats really healthy good job =]]
you probly lost weight today and everything you ate was very healthy and nutricious and the pasta was need for all your food groups i guess and u had football and probly just lost weight from doing normal things like walking throughout the day
so far i had nothing today and keeping it that way on purpose but just cuz i didnt get enough exercise so i cant eat but i might go exercise later
 
4 factors which are fats, liquids, protein, carbohydrates
you need them in every meal
focus on your eating, eat the meal in a period of 20 minutes or more
