I use a loufa as well.

I use a bar of soap and shampoo.. thats it.. no cloths or fluffy things.
I wash my dick, balls and ass with the same bar of soap I wash my face with but its a bar of soap... it doesnt get dirty.. and as soon as human contact touches it or water runs over it.. it self cleans..because that layer is gone. And thats why soap gets smaller...

But that wash cloth you use to wash dick,balls and ass will still have dick,balls and ass on it unless you wash the wash cloth which I doubt many people do every time they shower.
