It's wintertime and we've seen some water collecting around the bathroom exhaust vent. I'm guessing it's condensation. Our attic hatch is sealed, so we're not sure if going in to insulate the vent pipe is an option. If I just sealed that vent for the winter, will that take care of the problem?
