Ways so control mid-afternoon cravings?

I would say that I'm a very good eater, I can control portion sizing and fruits and vegetables are the main make up my diet. The only problem I have is everyday after school I seem to crave not so healthy snacks and crackers. I know alot of people have this problem and I was wondering what you do to control it?

What I would do is take an apple or fruit with you to eat after school and go on a walk before you go home. if you fill up on that fruit before you get home then you'll most likely not get the unhealthy snacks. try to avoid that time as much as you can!
