ways to get a long leg cast?

ok, so i need to definitely need to get a long leg cast. i have had my mom take me to 3 doctors because i have lumps in my knee and its swollen and i have bruises but they cant find anything. i just got an MRI today(monday) and i dont think they see anything. i have to do one more x-ray and then that's it. so i need to prove to my mom that i wasn't faking it. what are some ways to get a long leg cast in one night. I also told my friends that i was def gonna get one. so please tell me some ways to get a long leg cast overnight. and please dont criticize.
