We have this little pip squeak female officer attempting to bully kids around...

...a H.S. should be complain? Kids at our school are constantly complainant about this foul mouth female officer stopping and harassing them constantly for no reason. She apparently has this feminazi attitute and many of the kids are fed up and want to file a IAD complainant. What should a teacher advise them to do?

As long as they have a way of proof so its not just a "His word against hers" kinda situation. Im sure some of the kids have cell phones with video capabilities. (Even the voice recording is nice... But sometimes voices are distorted so the video part would be a bonus in this situation) Have them start recording when they see her so they have proof to back up what they report.
