...age. Left is a 6 year old female? Tortie that is extremely skittish and shy. She has become even more reserved since we lost the two cats recently.
We want to get another cat right away but aren't sure whether it would be better to get a male or a female. We are completely unsure how our remaining kitty will handle this and thought the sex might matter. As well as to whether to get a kitten or rescue an older cat.
What is your opinion?
