The weather gadget on the home screen of my hTC Desire C has - for no apparent reason - become stuck in "London". I live about 200miles away from London.
I can view other locations, but can only get "London" on the home screen. I've even tried deleting "London" and it just comes back!
I've emailed hTC and, although they replied within a few hours, the answer was of very little help.
I've also tried to get help from colleagues with Androids. No Luck..
Anyone had similar issues?
Thanks Carl. But why has this started happening in the last couple of months. It used to track my APPROXIMATE location. Unless I want a "quick query", why do I want to know the weather in London?
Found, quite by accident, that if I loaded weather from the apps button it worked fine. It was just the weather gadget on the "Home screen". Removwd the weather gadget from home screen and put it back again. So far, so good.
