I smoked like 10 cigarettes a day for about a year and then quit around 4 months ago.
But I still do smoke once in while. On average, after every two weeks I have 3-4 cigarettes in a row, typically during a weekend party or something. Sometimes its less, sometimes its more. The surprising thing is that i really dont have a craving for it during these two weeks time. Its only after these many days are passed, i begin to have thoughts about having one cigarette.
So what i want to ask is, first, whether I am still addicted to cigarettes? And second, whether i have really reduced the probability of smoking caused problems to be negligible?
I know ideally, i shouldnt be smoking at all. But, you know, it doesnt seem worth it. Because smoking IS fun, if not done in addictive and hazardous manner.
So finally the question is, should i continue with this life if i want a reasonably (not ideal) healthy life?
thank you for your replies!
