Weight, blood pressure and pulse?

My weight was 322lbs(23 stone) i'm just under 6 foot and a 37 year old male, my blood pressure was 150/100 and my pulse at rest was 100.
I have now stopped drinking alcohol (2 weeks) and started training at the gym 5 times a week for 35 mins a day.
My weight is now 315lbs and pulse at rest 80. I took my BP yesterday with an electronic machine (which the doctor checked along side his) and at 10.50 am was 132/92 this morning (5.20am) it is 150/78 why the big change in readings and will it ever steady out to read roughly the same each day? Plus any tips on lowering it naturally. I eat very healthy with lots of fruit and veg included in my diet(always have) and drink lots of water daily (4-7 pints per day). I'm partial to coffee, strong filtered sometimes drinking 10 cups a day. I use very little salt(virtually none) in my diet but use butter on my bread not marge. Thanks Paul
