Breakfast: 1 fat, 3 grain, 1 protein, 1 fruit.
Lunch: 1 fat, 3 grain, 1 protein, 1 fruit, 1 veggie, 1 dairy,
Dinner: (Same as lunch)
Plus a 250 calorie snack..
Is this wayyyyy too much food for me?
How long do you think it will take me to gain weight?
By the way, i'm 5'8" and 110 pounds.
