but i've been going through this struggle for years! i'm not obese. i am 140 at 5'4" and a half. i don't have rolls and a very slim stomach because all the wieght is in my legs and arms. i can't stop eating though. i try to eat healthy...i'v done it for a month and i thought that your body changes habit in 21 days or so but not for me. i began to crave sweets an fast foods. how can i stop the madness when we have crispy cremes in this world? help me
