I was counting the number of vertebrae in my spine to make sure everything was in place, when I noticed this strange deformity. Between the last spinal vertebrae that ends at my tailbone and the one right above it is a giant half inch gap, larger than between any other vertebrae I have, and in that gap I felt a square centimeter sized bump that I haven't noticed before. Its rock solid as hard as the spine itself, so I don't think its a cyst, and it doesn't move around and there's no leakage or anything, and I was wondering if this could be anything besides a tumor?
Is it possible for this to not be something serious, that I wouldn't have to go to a doctor over and have surgery done?
