...was open for about 15 mins.? In Illinois, this is considered Felony Theft. I need answers from people in Illinois ONLY, so that I know that I'm getting the right answers. How long is the Statute of Limitations on Felony Theft (theft of an item or iems with a value over $300). In other words, how long long do the police have to arrest this guy (or girl) before the statute runs out and they are home free.... The bike is registered with the city and even has a city of Rock Island sticker on it.... Please help with info if you can... thx, the beaver
