Werbroot stops AOL boot-up?

Recently my Webroot Firewall application is blocking AOL SE from launching. When the firewall in turned on, AOL states that it can not find my internet connection. When I completely turn off the firewall, I can launch AOL SE with no problem. Whenever Webroot asked me to allow any applications from AOL to be placed on the application list, I did so.

Suggestions?
