cereal with water (80 cals) -i know i need a more nutritious start, but i have difficulty eating foods until lunch as i panic about eating too much. lol (i was meant to have scotch pancakes as a treat, but when i saw the fat content it went from one to none and went with cereal instead)

i had a bite of a cookie someone gave me i felt guilty so i rounded it to 100 cals

lunch: was yummy i was so surprised boots did healthy eating so well, normally when i have to get lunch out it's a drag as i can never find anything that i find satisfactory for the amount of fat or calories.

it was a sandwich wholemeal bread, with carrots, rocket, hummus and some type of sprout, very nice 264 calories
and healthyish shapers crisps, 65 calories 2.9 grams of fat instead of walkers 11.9 grams, i checked the ingredients it all seemed a naughty but nice snack, except for the salt content. i only had this as i was craving crisps and i preferred to have the healthiest pack i could find instead of feeling deprived and gorging on goodness how many at the weekend.

dinner: i made was quorn chicken with red onion, mushrooms and peas, with a few small chunks of butternut squash and sweet potato :)
estimate 500 cals

so today was 1009 calorie intake.
so is that a decent amount? was it healthy enough? i feel very full from it though and feel i have eaten alot
i normally eat a bit less then this so i hope i wont gain from it, but i've found i hava lot more energy then usual
