...in a movie about two young boys? The movie title could have the name "Bad" in it.
It's not Wesley Snipes. The actor would be older around 65 or so now.
 
Wesley Snipes, maybe?

I'm not too sure about that exact movie, but Wesley Snipes IS a pretty close look-alike to Rev. Jesse Jackson so I think it might be him that you're thinking about.
