I love pork and apple sauce but am a bit bored of just roasting/grilling the meat. Does anyone have any good suggestions on how to jazz it up a bit? I've bought thin cut pork loin steaks so there are no bones in them or anything. Ideally i'm looking for a one pot recipe but will give anything a go once
