What U.S. agency oversees Internet service providers, if any?
I'm visiting my mother's house and am on a local dialup service. They must have a T-2 connection coming into their server, that is two tin cans and a string as the service is so terrible.
I believe it's because they have too many customers on their DSL and dialup and not enough bandwidth coming in.
I don't think I should have a time out on connection on the basic Google page in the middle of the day when traffic on this server should be light.
