What all would I have to do to put a 351 modified motor in a 83 ford f150 4...

wouldnt take much to do it at all shouldnt have many problems since many came with that motor as well as a few bigger motor i had a 460 in a 64 didnt take but a few hour to replace it and drive it had to make a new drive shaft
 
...speed 4x4 with a factory 302.? Because a found a 351 modified 4 a reasonable price and id like to put it in that truck on a low budget and not too much work
 
I believe the 351M has the same bolt pattern on the bell housing as the big blocks and is completely different than the 302.
If you can get the transmission along with the engine perhaps it wouldn't be too bad of a swap.
 
I know a guy who did it twice. It was a decent amount of work for him but he works with that stuff as his job so he had everything he needed.
For the average tinkerer it should be a tough job but doable.
