what android prepaid cellphone has adobe flash?

i have samsung intercept its preety good phone but doesnt work with flash i tried many phones did they stop flash?
 
Not only the android version decides the availability of flash player, but, the processor of the phone is also important. Android version should be 2.2 or above and it must be having minimum of 1 ghz of processor. This demand is only for the market app of adobe flash player. Android 2.2 or above and a processor less than 1 ghz also can run flash player, but you will need to download it from any external site.
 
Any android cell phone that has Android 2.2 (Froyo) or Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) running on the cell phone will have adobe flash built in.
