All I can remember is that some old lady with about four or five dogs suddenly dies one day after so many years of fun and frolic. She leaves everything to them. I think she has two really ugly sisters or nieces who are evil (you know the look--pointy noses, nine pounds of makeup) and hire some kind of duck scientist to help them either trick the dogs or get the money somehow. It was on Cartoon Network ages ago when they'd show afternoon movies sponsored by McDonald's.
