What apps will make my iPad work as a computer?

By that I mean, I need to be able to type documents kinda like Microsoft word. I'm needing apps also like PowerPoint an excel. Going to school so I need all these. Plus I'm applying for jobs, and it always gives me the option to upload my resume, but from the iPad I need a app that let's me store documents, so I can save my resume, but also where I can edit it. Because every time it says browse it just opens my pictures. Thank you!,,
