I'm looking to buy a 2000 honday civic ex manual to replace mine that was totaled by another driver. Here is a picture of one that I want to check out but there are a lot of upgrades under the hood I'm not familiar with.
Can you tell me about them and how much it increases the cars value?
Is it ok to buy a used car thats been altered like this? Looks like its a good thing but wanted to double check.
