Im 16, almost 17 years old, 5'3, 114 lbs and my problem is i have a tummy and iwant to loose it htis year.
Im wondering if someone can tell me what specific foods i should eat for all 3 main meals....and what to eat as snacks in between...
please make them simple im a student 5 days a weekk and i dont know how to cook haha....so simple foods that would keep me satisfied and not make me get hungry so often. THAnks bunches
