...rice or pasta, etc? i have bad eating habits and im trying to learn to eat more healthy. i prefer fish and chicken rather than beef or pork. but i want to know how i make small healthy meals with fish and chicken. yes im going on a diet once i get everything together. i will also be exercising. i weigh 222 at 5'6. i would like to lose 50 pounds so i can be 170 at least. so please help.
