Internet Cookies are little bits of data that websites store on your computer.
Like when you login to myspace or something, and it'll ask you if you want it to remember your password so it logs you in automatically, it will store a cookie on your PC so that it can just read from that your login details.

Device drivers are basically files that tell your computer how to use your hardware (graphics card, sound card etc) it's always best to keep these as up to date as possible.

Cookies: Cookies are basically little files that websites store on your computer that hold bits of information about your network.

Device Drivers: These are files that certain devices connected to your computer need to run. (e.g. your Ipod needs drivers in order to hook up with your computer)
