What are possible jobs if I am interested in the human body and how it works?

I'm starting to seriously think about what I want to do once I graduate. I like the body, the muscles, the skeletal system and how it all works.

Create a game for a handheld device that you can show to the owners of the big gaming companies (Electronic Arts, etc). That is the one thing that will impress them. They have plenty of people who want to play the games. They need someone to invent the games..
